These have been for private clients, developers for private sale or rent and also for holiday lets.

This is a corner plot on a residential street. The existing original end of terrace house was altered as part of the development with a two storey rear extension to replace an existing side extension.
Both the original dwelling and the new one have three bedrooms. It has been possible to plan off street parking for both dwellings, unusual in a locality where minimal parking provision was made historically.
